Allotropic to build a new website for BIG Tours and Safaris

Allotropic Ltd has signed an agreement with BIG Tours and Safaris to design and build a new website for the business. Work begins this month.

BIG Tours and Safaris is a Tanzanian tour operator whose presence online has, until now, relied on social media. The new site gives prospective customers a single place to see tour packages, destinations, and photography, and a direct way to make contact — closing a gap that had been sending interested customers to a comments section rather than a proper enquiry. It also gives the business a stable web address to put on printed materials and share with partners, something a social media page cannot reliably offer if an account changes name, is lost, or is restricted.

Scope

The site will run to five sections: a home page, an about page, tour packages and destinations, a photo gallery, and a contact page with a WhatsApp enquiry button so customers can reach BIG Tours and Safaris directly from any listing. The agreement also includes a domain name, hosting, and a professional email address under that domain, registered for the business's first year of use.

The structure was kept deliberately small. Rather than building out sections the business does not yet need, the site is scoped around the questions a prospective customer actually asks first: what tours are on offer, what they cost, and how to get in touch. Pages beyond these five, such as a blog or a detailed itinerary builder, have been left out of this phase and can be added later if the business finds a genuine need for them.

Status

Design work has started, based on the tour packages, destinations, and photography BIG Tours and Safaris has provided so far. The remaining content the full package list and additional gallery images is being gathered ahead of launch, and the site will go live once that material is in place.

Allotropic Ltd will publish an update once the site is live, along with the finished domain address and details of the enquiry line built into it.
