Allotropic to build an ERP and AI system for Iconic Style

Abstract dark composition with a stack of layered lime bars

Allotropic Ltd has signed an agreement with Iconic Style to design and build Iconic OS, a full operating system for the business covering orders, production, and finance. The agreement was signed yesterday, and work begins this month.

Iconic Style is a custom textile printing and manufacturing business, turning customer artwork and brand identities into printed fabric and finished textile products. Orders have so far moved through WhatsApp, paper, and spreadsheets, with no single record connecting an inquiry to the production and finance steps that follow it. Checking where an order actually stands has meant asking around rather than checking one screen. Iconic OS is built around one idea, that every order gets a live Job Card that moves with it from inquiry through design, production, finance, and dispatch.

Scope

The first phase centres on the Job Card system itself, along with the roles that use it. The team behind Iconic Style includes distinct roles, among them the founder, a client service lead, two designers who also run printing, an operations lead, and an inventory lead. Each of them needs a different view of the same order, with permissions controlling what they can see, edit, or approve.

  • A live Job Card for every order, moving through inquiry, production, finance, and dispatch without the same details being entered twice
  • Role based views, so client service, design, printing, operations, inventory, and the business owner each see the business shaped to their own work
  • A foundation built on a layered architecture, designed so production tracking, reporting, and automation can be added in later phases
  • Replacement of scattered WhatsApp, paper, and spreadsheet records with one central system

Status

This is the first of several planned phases. Allotropic Ltd is building a working foundation before later phases add deeper automation and an AI layer on top of it, rather than attempting the full vision in one step. The approach mirrors how the business itself works: one order, one Job Card, one source of truth, with everything else building outward from that.

Allotropic Ltd will publish an update once the first phase is live.
