Client work
VNG Engineering's new website and admin platform are live

Allotropic Ltd has completed and launched the new website and internal admin platform for VNG Engineering and Consultants Limited.
The public site now presents the firm's services, project history, and areas of specialisation, built around VNG Engineering's existing brand identity. Behind it, staff are using the private platform to track live projects, collect client feedback at set milestones, and manage which testimonials appear publicly.
Design decisions
The site's visual design was built from VNG Engineering's own logo file, with brand colours extracted directly from it rather than matched by eye, so the finished site sits consistently alongside the firm's existing letterheads and printed materials. Content — service descriptions, project history, and firm background — was drawn from VNG Engineering's company profile rather than written from scratch, keeping the language consistent with how the firm already describes itself to clients.
The admin platform was scoped around a specific gap: project status and client feedback were previously tracked across spreadsheets and email, with no single record either staff or leadership could check at a glance. The platform replaces that with one system covering project tracking, a feedback workflow triggered automatically at project milestones, and a review step before any testimonial is promoted to the public site. Feedback is requested at the same points in every project, rather than left to whoever remembers to ask.
Outcome
The public site is live. The admin platform is in daily use, with project status, client feedback, and testimonials now held in one place rather than scattered across separate tools. Staff can see the state of every active engagement without checking multiple sources, and testimonials reach the public site only once someone has reviewed and approved them.
Allotropic Ltd continues to provide support during the initial weeks of use, and will make adjustments as VNG Engineering's team settles into the new workflow. The firm now has a single, current answer to give a prospective client who asks "do you have a website" — a question that previously led back to a document sent by email rather than a page anyone could visit directly.
